Magnolia Hall
maghallframe.jpg
This magnificent home was built in 1858 by Thomas Henderson.

The Natchez Garden Club extends a warm, welcoming hand to those of you who choose to visit our fair city.  Besides being caretakers of two of Natchez' most historic and architecturally significant homes, the NGC is also proud to provide customized wedding and event packages centered around the properties, which can handle up to 500 guests.

"Capture the romance and elegance of historic Natchez on the Mississippi in one of its finest Greek Revival Mansions...Magnolia Hall."

Something about Magnolia Hall...

  • The last great mansion built in Natchez before the Civil War.
  • A cannonball from a Union gunboat landed in its kitchen.
  • The 2nd floor holds a Costume Museum of original and reproduction Victorian clothing, including gowns of past Pilgrimage Queens.
  • There's also a display of photographs and an antique doll collection.

Open daily for house tours 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
